Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Initial Assessment and Treatment (40 minutes): $115.00
Follow-up Physiotherapy Treatment (20 minutes): $80.00
Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Initial Assessment and Treatment Complex case= condition/s that persists beyond 3 months. This may include treating multiple body parts. (60 minutes): $140.00
Follow-up Physiotherapy Treatment Extended treatment (40 minutes): $115.00
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Assessment and Treatment (60 minutes): $140.00
Follow up Pelvic Physiotherapy Treatment (40 minutes): $115.00
Follow up Pelvic Physiotherapy short treatment (20 minutes): $80.00 = This is an option that the physiotherapist may provide, depending on your pelvic health condition and the progress you have made. Your physiotherapist will discuss this with you.

Method of Payment – Payment is due at the end of each session. Accepting e-transfers (michelle@regainretainphysio.com), credit cards and debit cards.
We understand that financial concerns can make healthcare decisions challenging. Our goal is to work with you to create a treatment plan that fits within your budget while still supporting your recovery. If finances are a concern, please don’t hesitate to talk to us—we’re happy to explore options and find a solution that works for you.
Motor Vehicular Accident Claims, Work-related injuries going through WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board), OHIP physiotherapy are not covered at Regain Retain Physiotherapy Clinic.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines
Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility with respect for our time and yours. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please note that extended health coverage does not reimburse fees for missed appointments.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee, but we recognize that emergencies happen or unexpected situations arise. If your cancellation is due to unforeseen emergencies, illness, bereavement, or other compassionate circumstances, please reach out—we are happy to discuss fee waivers.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do this through your Jane account, or please notify us as soon as possible by calling 519 212-6400 or emailing michelle@regainretainphysio.com.
